Reswell Group is based in Adelaide, South Australia. This page explains what personal information we handle through this website and by email, and how. We follow the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988.

This website collects almost nothing

There are no forms, no cookies, no analytics and no advertising trackers on this site. Fonts and images are served from our own host, so visiting a page does not send your details to Google or any other third party.

Our hosting provider, Vercel Inc., keeps short-lived technical logs of each request (such as IP address, browser type and the page requested) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Vercel may process these logs outside Australia, including in the United States.

When you email us

If you email us, we receive your name, email address and whatever you choose to tell us. We use it only to reply and, if you go ahead, to deliver the work. Our email is hosted by Google, which may store messages outside Australia. We do not add you to a mailing list and do not sell or share your details. Registering interest in a product means we will email you about that product, and nothing else.

Please do not email us patient information. We do not need it to discuss your practice.

How long we keep it

We keep correspondence for as long as we work together and for up to seven years after, for tax and record-keeping. You can ask us to delete an enquiry that did not become work at any time.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or make a complaint by emailing amo@reswellgroup.com.au. We will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

Our platforms

Vendwell, Reswell Lab, Reswell Billing and Reswell Voxel are not yet available. When they are, each will be covered by the agreement with the practice that uses it, not by this page.
